What we collect
When you email us, call, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we get what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, phone number, company and what you need.
When you become a client, we also keep billing details, the files you send us and the requests on your board.
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to you, run calls, do the work you ask for, send invoices and keep records the law requires. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything you wouldn’t expect.
Who else sees it
We use a few trusted services to run Quedec, such as Google for email and calendar bookings, WhatsApp for messages, Cloudflare for this website, and file-sharing and design tools for client work. They handle information for us under their own privacy policies.
Some of these services store information outside Canada, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
We’ll share information if the law requires it, and not otherwise without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they’re useful, and client records for as long as the law and our accounts require. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we don’t need to keep it. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
